Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays, as our operations run from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone to provide an update.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard flat shipping rates and delivery timeframes are as follows:

Important Notes at Checkout:

● Delivery estimates are for non-pre-order items. For pre-order timelines, please refer to our Refund Policy.
● We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical delivery address and a working contact number at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information & Re-delivery

The Company is not responsible if a parcel cannot be delivered or is lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before finalising your order. If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to an address error or failure to collect, the customer will be solely responsible for any additional shipping fees required to arrange a re-delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable couriers, primarily DHL and GDEX, to ensure reliable, safe, and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and customs fees).

Damages

The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. As detailed in our Refund Policy, our team conducts a rigorous 100% pre-check on all items and packaging prior to dispatch to ensure pristine quality. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
