Refund Policy

  • To ensure you receive only the highest quality products, our team conducts a rigorous 100% pre-check on all items and packaging prior to dispatch; therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer standard refunds.
  • In the exceptional event that a refund is deemed valid and is explicitly approved by our management, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 60 days from the date the refund request is approved.

Pre-order Items:

Please note that our delivery timelines depend on the type of pre-order item purchased:

  • Standard Pre-Orders (No Ready Stock): Delivery takes 2–4 weeks from your date of purchase.
  • Campaign Pre-Orders (Batch Orders): Delivery takes 2–4 weeks after the specific campaign window closes (the closing date is stated on the product page).
  • Because these timelines are clearly displayed before checkout, we do not accept refund requests due to waiting times while your order is within its respective 2–4 week delivery window. However, if we are unable to ship your item within the stated timeline, a full refund will be issued immediately.
